How To Fill Out NCHMJEE Application Form:

Step 1: Registration

 

  1. Visit the official website designated for NCHMJEE applications.
  2. Click on the “New Registration” or “Apply Online” link to initiate the registration process.
  3. Enter basic details such as name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, etc., to create a login ID and password.

 

Step 2: Application Form Filling

 

  1. Log in to your account using the credentials created during the registration process.
  2. Fill in personal details such as name, gender, category, nationality, parent’s name, address, etc., accurately.
  3. Provide educational qualification details, including marks obtained in Class 10th and 12th or equivalent examinations.
  4. Select the preferred exam center from the available options provided by the exam conducting authority.
  5. Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size.
  6. Review all the information entered carefully to ensure accuracy and make any necessary corrections.
Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

 

  1. After verifying the details entered in the application form, proceed to pay the application fee.
  2. Choose the preferred payment mode (online/offline) and follow the instructions provided for payment.
  3. Upon successful payment, a confirmation message or receipt will be generated. Keep this for future reference.
Step 4: Printing Confirmation Page

 

  1. Once the application fee is paid, generate the confirmation page of the application form.
  2. Download and print the confirmation page for your records. This page serves as proof of successful submission of the application.

  3. Verify all the details mentioned on the admit card, including exam date, time, and exam center, and take a printout to carry to the exam hall.

Application Fee:

  • The application fee will be submitted through online mode only.
  • Candidates will be able to submit the fee using debit card/ credit card or net banking.
  • The application form will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Category Certificate: For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, a valid category certificate issued by the competent authority is required.
    • Disability Certificate: If applicable, candidates with disabilities must provide a disability certificate as per the specified guidelines.

NCHM JEE Eligibility Criteria 2024:

Before filling the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria given below:

  • Applicants must have passed any comparable exam or the Senior Secondary Examination (SSE) 10+2.
  • Applicants must have passed the qualifying test with English as a subject of study (core, elective, or functional).
  • On a provisional basis, candidates may also appear in the NCHM JEE 2024 if they are taking the 10+2 or an equivalent test.
  • If documentation of passing the qualifying exam (10+2 or its equivalent) is not provided at the time of admission or counselling, the provisional admission will be revoked.
  • If officials discover that a candidate’s documentation is invalid, they reserve the power to refuse their entry at any moment.

Age limit: There is an upper age limit for the candidates. The age limit is a defined category wise, check below:

  • Upper age limit for General, General (EWS) and OBC categories – 25 years as of July 01, 2024, ie, candidates born on or after July 01, 1998, are eligible
  • SC, ST candidates and Physically challenged candidates – 25 years as of July 01, 2024, ie, candidates born on or after July 01, 1996, are eligible
