The CLAT 2024 exam will be held on December 3, 2023. The exam will be held in offline mode, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The exam will be conducted in more than 130 exam centers across the country.
The CLAT 2024 exam will have two parts:

Part-I: This part will be of objective type and will consist of 150 questions. The questions will be based on the following subjects:
- English Language Comprehension
- Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
- Legal Reasoning
- Logical Reasoning
- Quantitative Techniques

Part-II: This part will be of descriptive type and will consist of two essays. The essays will be based on the following subjects:
- Current Affairs
- Legal Reasoning
Candidates will have to attempt both parts of the exam in the allotted time of two hours.
Please note that the CLAT 2024 exam is a highly competitive exam, and candidates are advised to start preparing for the exam early. There are a number of resources available online and in libraries to help candidates prepare for the exam.
Here are some additional tips for CLAT 2024 exam day:
- Dress comfortably:Â You will be sitting in the exam hall for two hours, so it is important to dress comfortably. Wear loose-fitting clothes that will not restrict your movement.
- Bring a water bottle:Â It is important to stay hydrated during the exam. Bring a water bottle with you so that you can take sips of water throughout the exam.
- Avoid eating heavy foods:Â Eating heavy foods before the exam can make you feel sluggish and uncomfortable. Avoid eating foods that are high in fat, sugar, or caffeine.
- Take breaks:Â If you start to feel tired or overwhelmed during the exam, take a short break. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. You can also stand up and stretch or walk around the exam hall.
- Don’t panic:Â If you get stuck on a question, don’t panic. Move on to the next question and come back to the difficult question later. You can also mark the question for review so that you can come back to it at the end of the exam.
