Maximum Marks of Entrance Exam: 360 Marks

The marking scheme for the exam is designed to assess the candidates effectively. Here’s a breakdown:

• Correct Answers: +4 marks for each correct response.
• Incorrect Answers: -1 mark for each incorrect response.
• Unattempted Questions:Zero marks for questions left unanswered.

For short answer questions, there is no negative marking; candidates either receive +4 marks for a correct answer or zero for an incorrect or unattempted response.

It’s important to note that the exam has both sectional cutoffs and an overall cutoff. Aspirants must meet both criteria to pass the exam.

Candidates who qualify for these cutoffs will be invited for the Personal Interview (PI) round. Only those who successfully clear the interview will be eligible for admission.

Maximum Marks of Entrance Exam: 480 Marks

Marking Scheme IPMAT | IIM Rohtak: +4 Marks for every right answer and -1 Mark for every wrong answer, also if you leave any question unattempt then you’ll get a Zero mark for that.

Only selected students from the IPM Rohtak entrance exam will be called for Personal Interview.

Maximum Marks of Entrance Exam: 400 Marks

Marking Scheme of JIPMAT : +4 Marks for every right answer and -1 Mark for every wrong answer, also if you leave any question unattempt then you’ll get Zero mark for that.

Note: There is no Personal Interview in JIPMAT. The admission is completely based on Merit in JIPMAT entrance exam.
