Domain/ General/ Optional Languages mapped to the Programmes

Financial Accounting + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics +  English and any one optional language

Eligibility:

To get into the BFIA program at Delhi University, you need to meet certain criteria:
  • School Qualification: You should have passed your 12th-grade exam from CBSE or a similar exam accepted by Delhi University with at least 60% marks. If you belong to SC, ST, CW, or PwD groups, you can have 5% less marks and still apply.
  • Subject Requirements: In your 12th-grade exam, you must have studied these subjects:

    • English
    • Mathematics
    • Any two other subjects from these options: Accounts, Economics, Business Studies, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • No Economics in 12th: If you didn’t study Economics in 12th grade, you might need to take an extra class in Economics.

Apart from these rules, you might also have to give an entrance exam by Delhi University. This exam will test you on:
  • English: How well you understand and use English, including reading and grammar.
  • Mathematics: Your knowledge of math, including algebra and statistics.
  • Economics: Your understanding of microeconomics and macroeconomics.
