The AILET 2025 exam is tentatively scheduled for the first week of December 2024. The AILET application form for 2025 will most likely be released in the first week of August 2024. The exam will be held for admission to the 123 BA LLB and 81 LLM courses.
AILET 2025 BA LLB Syllabus:
As previously stated, the AILET UG syllabus 2025 is divided into three key sections: English Language and Current Affairs, General Knowledge, and Legal Reasoning. The AILET English Language component assesses the candidates’ grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills. The English part covers grammar rules, reading comprehension, vocabulary usage, and essay writing.
Moving on, the AILET 2025 Current Affairs & General understanding portion assesses candidates’ understanding of current events, static GK, and legal and political developments. The General Knowledge area discusses history, geography, science, economics, politics, and legal issues.
The AILET Legal Reasoning component is intended to assess applicants’ aptitude for the study of law. What’s New in the AILET 2025 syllabus?
The AILET BA LLB syllabus will have three sections instead of five. The Mathematics and Legal Aptitude sections have been deleted from the AILET UG 2025 syllabus.
Each section of the AILET exam syllabus 2025 will have equal weightage. Each segment will include 50 questions with one mark each.
The AILET LLM syllabus 2025 will have entirely multiple-choice questions. There will be no descriptive questions on the exam.
The AILET PG test may include questions based on legal principles to assess candidates’ logical thinking ability; however, applicants do not require prior understanding of law to attempt such questions.
AILET Examination Pattern 2025 :
The AILET 2025 exam will be administered offline using a pen and paper examination format. The AILET BA LLB test will include 150 questions split across three sections. All questions on the AILET 2025 exam will be multiple-choice. The AILET 2025 exam allows for negative marking.
