Candidates who have appeared for the GGSIPU CET 2023 exam and scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate are eligible to participate in the choice/preference filling process. The process will be open for a period of five days, from July 8 to July 11, 2023.

To fill their choices, candidates will need to login to the university’s admission portal using their login credentials. They will then be able to select up to 10 colleges and 5 courses in order of preference. The university will then allocate seats to candidates based on their CET scores and the choices they have filled.

The seat allocation process will be conducted in a series of rounds. The first round of seat allocation is scheduled to be held on July 15, 2023. Candidates who are not allotted a seat in the first round will be eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds.

The last date to freeze a seat is likely July 25, 2023 (Tentative). Candidates who fail to freeze their seat by the deadline will forfeit their seat.

The complete schedule for the GGSIPU BBA choice/preference filling process is as follows:

  • Start of choice/preference filling process: July 8, 2023
  • End of choice/preference filling process: July 11, 2023 (11:50 PM)
  • First round of seat allocation: July 15, 2023 (Tentative)
