The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has started the registration and choice filling/modifications for round 3 counseling for NCHM JEE 2023. The registration and choice filling process will continue till July 7, 2023. The seat allotment result for round 3 counseling will be announced on July 8, 2023.
The candidates who have qualified in the NCHM JEE 2023 can participate in the counseling process. The counseling process involves registration, choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment, payment of fees, and document verification.
The tentative vacancy position for round 3 counseling is as follows:
- B.Sc. (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) – 2,055 seats
- M.Sc. (Hospitality Administration) – 350 seats

The following are the steps involved in the round 3 counseling for NCHM JEE 2023:
- Registration: The candidates can register for round 3 counseling on the official website of NCHMCT. The registration process will begin on July 4, 2023.
- Choice Filling: The candidates can fill their choices for round 3 counseling from July 4, 2023 to July 7, 2023.
- Choice Locking: The candidates can lock their choices for round 3 counseling on July 7, 2023.
- Seat Allotment: The seat allotment result for round 3 counseling will be announced on July 8, 2023.
- Payment of Fees: The candidates who have been allotted a seat in round 3 counseling will have to pay the fees within the stipulated time period.
- Document Verification: The candidates who have paid the fees will have to verify their documents at the designated centers.
The candidates who are not satisfied with their seat allotment in round 3 counseling can participate in the subsequent rounds of counseling.
